STAFFING UPDATES :
We are currently experiencing staff shortages. Due to vacation periods as required under the Ministry of Labour guidelines.
Many companies or yourself may have experienced COVID 19 illness, we must still follow the strict covid regulations.
We are still experiencing staff who meet the COVID 19 criteria and Sils Auto must follow the Covid MOH regulations for keeping employees away from the business, until such time as its safe. This has added to delays, and cancellations of some services. We are trying our best with the current team to maintain all service levels.
DROP OFF PROCEDURE
In Person, In Office Drop Off:
Back to Normal - you can still use drop off service easily.
Contactless Option Drop Off: ( "Drop Keys & Go! " Express Check In )
*Preferred Easy* You can drop your keys off through the Key Drop slot in the front glass if you wish. As you would have received an
Authorization email before your appointment. We will take your keys, and text you a "check in" message, and continue on like usual with vehicle inspections and reports.
Loaners if available:
Required to be pre arranged, reserved and set up before your arrival. During busy season loaners will be reserved for those vehicles who have longer service requirements possibly. Loaners will be out front ready for you. Loaners must be filled in digitally. You will receive a text or will fill form in front office.
You MUST have a Valid drivers license and valid credit card. You may not take a loaner vehicle without these. Cash is not allowed for deposit.

Waiting room back to normal usage.
Shuttle Service: *updated ****
Local Shuttle service back to normal. Local service only under 5kms distance. MUST request shuttle service. There will be waiting times as there is a max of 3 people that fit in the car. Our Shuttle service is NOT Uber / Lyft on demand.
We will arrange pick up times with other customer to maximize our runs when available. If you must have a specific time and shuttle is not available arrange other methods.
PICK UP & PAYMENT PROCEDURE

Your Invoice and keys will be in the vehicle ready or lock box system ready to go before your arrival..
After hours or smart key pick up will be arranged using our key lock box system at the front door of our office. Staff will arrange for access to keys after hours with you over the phone.
