Due to Covid 19 we have implemented several temporary measures to ensure both your safety and that of the staff.

We respect all our employees and their families concerns for Covid 19 and those of our customers.
Most business owners are trying to find the "best practice" to ensure all persona safety, we appreciate your patience and your business.
DROP OFF PROCEDURE -
Our Office is Open:
HALTON REGION BYLAW requires any person indoor our office to have a Face Mask effective July 2020.
1) There is a hand sanitize station in the front entrance on the wall inside that can be used.
2) Please watch the physical distancing markings on the floor in office. There shall only be 2 people in office at one time . Please respect others as they may want to ensure their safety distance.
3) There are protective plexi glass barriers at counter where we can review our check in process. Our staff will stay behind the glass during transaction.
Please avoid going around the counters and standing next the advisors or staff, or having the whole family in the office. No customer is allowed in the back shop at any time.
We want to ensure other peoples space, and personal concerns are respected in our facility.
Contactless Option Drop Off: ( EXPRESS Check In )
You may still drop your keys off through the Key Drop slot in the front glass if you wish. As you would have received an
Authorization email before your appointment. We will take your keys, and text you a "check in" message.
Loaners if available:
Required to be pre arranged, reserved and set up before your arrival. During busy season loaners will be reserved for those vehicles who have longer service requirements possibly.
Waiting room is open for pre-booked minor service appointments. A face mask must be worn while present for the respect of others that will use that area..
If do not wish to wear a mask you are welcome to wait outside while your vehicle is being attended to. The waiting room will not
be sanitized between each visitor. Coffee, water, are all removed.
Please note waiting times will be longer then usual as vehicle do require cleaning and sanitizing for the protection of our staff and yourself.
Shuttle is now in service. Operating with RESERVED drop off times at 1/2 hour intervals in between. The vehicle can only take 1 passenger in the right rear of the vehicle. You and the driver will need a mask. Shuttle services will be in the local area. Customer who have booked the shuttle will have priority service versus walk in requesting a ride. We 're sorry for this, however we need to maintain physical distancing in the vehicle, clean in between runs and allow for commute times. Drop off times will be scheduled with the service advisor. If you are unable to be ready for pick up we may need to re book a time or you may need to seek alternative transportation or use our after hours contactless service.
PICK UP & PAYMENT PROCEDURE
Come in, review and pay your invoice just like check in.
Contactless & After Hours: ( EXPRESS Check Out)
Payment will be done via over the phone credit card payment or Interac E transfer. Invoice and keys will be in the vehicle ready to go before your arrival..
We are currently working on our Text -to -pay software to allow for simple easy fast, contactless payment.
After hours or smart key pick up will be arranged using our key lock box system at the front door of our office. Staff will arrange for access to keys after hours with you over the phone.
Our staff effective September 26 2020 comply with all new Ministry of Health Covid 19 questioning daily as well as a temperature test before entering work premise.
