Most business owners are trying to find the "best practice" to ensure all persona safety, we appreciate your patience and your business.
The Provincial government has on going changes to various regions for lockdown and colour levels.

HALTON REGION BYLAW requires any person indoor our office to have a Face Mask effective July 2020. Customers are not allowed around the Plexis glass barriers and counters. Hand sanitizer is available at the entrance.
YOUR INTERIOR VEHICLE HYGIENE REQUEST:
When brining your vehicle in for service or auto repairs for the safety of our staff and yourself please avoid having your face masks all over the car. Please place them away before arrival. The chemical (s) we spray on your interior touch points is disinfectant based aersol, meaning things will get sprayed inside your vehicle. Mainly the centre console, and drivers access areas and seat belt systems.
We want to ensure everyones safety when you leave our facility.
DROP OFF PROCEDURE
Our Office is Open for Business. (Reduced Two (2) people in office. 1 per counter.
In Person, In Office Drop Off:
We will allow max 2 people into the office to "check in" their vehicle if required to review their issues directly, One at each service advisor counter watching the floor marking . Please be patient, our staff will kindly ask you to use contactless if there are people already present.
Contactless Option Drop Off: ( "Drop Keys & Go! " Express Check In )
*Preferred Easy* You can drop your keys off through the Key Drop slot in the front glass if you wish. As you would have received an
Authorization email before your appointment. We will take your keys, and text you a "check in" message, and continue on like usual with vehicle inspections and reports.
Loaners if available:
Required to be pre arranged, reserved and set up before your arrival. During busy season loaners will be reserved for those vehicles who have longer service requirements possibly. Loaners will be out front ready for you. You will be required to fill in loaners agreement forms left inside the car. Please have a valid drivers license, credit card and read the agreement fully.
Waiting: Limited 2 people max
Waiting room is OPEN effective June 14th 2021. Maximum 2 people. distant seating. Must have a mask on full time. If you choose not not follow the rules you'll be asked nicely to stay outside. Markers are on the floor for specific seating.
Shuttle will stay in operation as our vehicle is equipped with a safety barrier inside and all passengers follow mask policy.
Shuttle will have RESERVED drop off times at 1/2 hour intervals in between. The vehicle can only take 1 passenger in the right rear of the vehicle. You and the driver will need a mask. Shuttle services will be in the local area. Customer who have booked the shuttle will have priority service versus walk in requesting a ride. We 're sorry for this, however we need to maintain physical distancing in the vehicle, clean in between runs and allow for commute times. Drop off times will be scheduled with the service advisor. If you are unable to be ready for pick up we may need to re book a time or you may need to seek alternative transportation or use our after hours contactless service.
PICK UP & PAYMENT PROCEDURE
If necessary 1 (one) person may enter and pay their invoice. Invoices are now digitally sent to your after closing.
Contactless & After Hours:( EXPRESS Check Out) *Preferred*
Payment will be done via: Credit card phone payment, Interac E Transfer to ( [email protected]
), Online payment to a secure credit card payment link, In person 1(one) only.
Your Invoice and keys will be in the vehicle ready to go before your arrival..
After hours or smart key pick up will be arranged using our key lock box system at the front door of our office. Staff will arrange for access to keys after hours with you over the phone.
The Health of our Staff:
Our staff effective September 26 2020 comply with all new Ministry of Health Covid 19 questioning daily as well as a temperature test before entering work premise.
