Our workmanship and parts are guaranteed for 12 months / 20,000 kilometers* (24 months / 40,000 kilometers for premium quality parts) with our Nationwide Warranty. The time and distance (e.g. 12 months / 20,000 km), whichever comes first, begins immediately following the performance of the service/repair operation, to the extent that we will replace faulty materials or render new services (as the case may be) but not exceeding the amount originally charged.
This warranty shall not apply to any parts and workmanship that have been subjected to misuse, neglect, lack of maintenance, road hazard, accident or altered by anyone other than the operator. Declining a repair or service that will effect another recently replaced part or service will void warranty for the prior replaced component. Warranty is non transferable. Proof of maintenance may be requested at any time to maintain warranty guarantee.
* Non-premium parts such as economy line, second line parts are 90 days or 5000 km, whichever comes first. No warranty on used parts or labour.
The ABS module needed replacing on my car. Carlo and Tommy provided excellent service and provided timely updates on the progress of the work. Carlo went the extra mile on getting my car back on the road. I highly recommend Sil’s Auto.

Susan always does a great job of explaining exactly what my vehicle needs. She is bilingual. She speaks English and Car. While I am still somewhat flummoxed as to why my brand new tires may need to be replaced in a year “because of alignment” her explanation was clear.

Have gone multiple times. Last time I went they noticed I had tires in my trunk but realized I didnt book a tire swap. They called me to clarify if that was something I wanted. SInce it was the main reason I went I was very happy they called.
