At 6:45am on the coldest day of the year ( -35) my car broke down on the 403. I have roadside assistance with Sil's Auto but could not get thru to them. I called Carlo and he immediately got thru to them and they then sent a tow truck to get me. They found me in no time at all and the crew at Sil's took care of my car. Just thought how awesome it was to know that they were available to help me when I need them the most. Thanks to Carlo and the team at Sil's Auto. I sincerely recommend this auto care centre.. they really do care.

Excellent service, best I have ever experienced in vehicle servicing. It used to be just 5 bays, but with the change of location it is much bigger. Thanks for the nice waiting room Carlo!

You need to be able to trust your car guy. Sil's is completely honest and trustworthy. If they say you need it, you need it; and sometimes they say you don't need it. No "make work" invoices here. Reduce your stress, stick with Sil's.

Went in for a simple oil change, got a simple oil change. No muss no fuss, no unenescary 'up sell'. Was very pleased!

Honest, upfront, and ethical. Carlo is a straight shooter. Highly recommended.

Thank you. My father taught me at an early age in this business to tell it as it is. If your vehicle has issues i'll tell you all of the technicians comments and let you know what is occuring with your car. I dislike auto service business that knowingly see a fault but are afraid to tell the customer the whole story for fear of them decling the repair becuse it may become too expensive. Best shop ever! Sil was my mechanic back in the day when he first opened in Clarkson, and now that I'm back in the area - I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to service my vehicles.

What a great service you provide at Sils Auto. Not only is Lorraine friendly and considerate of the customers complications and needs, but the detail provided is educational and informative – so that I know that the work being done on my vehicle is what is needed to keep it safe and functional on the road, and not more than is necessary. Future considerations and things that are not yet problem but that will likely need to be coming up are clearly outlined so that there’ not a shock to the system at the next service call. The follow up call to see that everything is going to my satisfaction is not only welcome but reassuring. Makes me feel far more comfortable that me and my fellow travelers are really being thought of.Carlo and team do a great job I will continue to recommend them to friends, family and those I hear are not having the best experience with their auto mechanic.
