I had to pay for inspections even though they didn't find any issues with my car. They were very vague in terms of what went wrong with my car, but still requested to pay $70 fee. Not sure if they would pay it if there were customers. I mean if at least they told me what went wrong with my car, then I would definately pay for $70 inspections.
Thanks for the feedback Steve. As for our charges I personally reviewed that with you upon check in. As discussed we did advised on issues regarding your suspension but we could not be 100% sure it would resolve your intermittent noise problem. Again after lengthy review we left the decision with you as to fixing your car or not. Our fee covers the 5 road tests with the car due to it being intermittent , 2 mechanic as well as my self trying our best to locate the noise and a detailed mechanical review of the car. I choose NOT to be the shop that sold $500 worth of work then hear feedback like. They took my money and it did not fix the problem. I have built the company on open communication with the customer in regards to what they need, when to do it and their costs. Your documented items were not safety and open for your decision to fix, at this time you declined my options. I understand your frustration but as you said the problem has been there for a long time and hard to get it to happen. I'm always around for clarity if you need me to review me being vague. I appreciate your business and your open feedback
