My place to go now with my cars and with referrals too. Carlo and his team make accommodations to get the problem solved with full disclosure on how best to Find a solution. I waited for my service this time and was pleased to see a window in their waiting room over looking the shop. It's a nice touch in the days when you and your car were usually separated during service at the big dealerships never knowing when or who was working on your car. however if you can't wait, they offer shuttle service home or to nearby Clarkson Go station. I suggest you try Sils for yourself if you are ready for an open , pleasant and honest vehicle maintenance option.

Just had the 10-year old car in with a myriad of issues. Took almost 3 days to get all the work done as I'd ignored the obvious signs of problems across all major areas. And RIGHT it was! Drove like new when I picked it up. But that is the norm for Sil's. They do it right every time. Been with Sil's for well over a decade, and will not use any other service center.

Very professional service. Was extremely thorough when going over the details of the service and explained what was required, recommended and unnecessary. Asked them to look at certain issues with the car and gave me good honest feedback. Most of the issues I asked them to look into were resolved for very little cost and didn't automatically replace or service them. They issues were investigated and addressed without taking the easy replace and bill the customer approach. Never felt pressured into making a decision. Great experience overall.

It was a pleasure to take care of your Lexus Is250. I know it was a first visit for the car and I like to be detailed, then you know what to expect. I'm glad our diagnostic technician Corey inspected the vehicle for the common Lexus Is250 intake sludge deposit problem and hopefully avoided very expensive repairs down the road in the future.
