Always great service and never any surprises. I used to work in Oakville but I have been working out of my home office in Toronto for the past three years. I keep coming back to Sil's. They have earned my trust and that means everything.

The staff and the work here are superior. They are honest and send a complete summary with pics/videos to describe their findings before the work is approved. Shuttle service is great too! I highly recommend these professionals!!!

Prior day vehicle presented with engine codes. Next day vehicle would not start unless I cleared codes. I was able to save the codes in order to share with garage. Explained situation to front desk and was willing to forward codes but person I spoke to only wanted to write some of the codes. Person at front desk suggested a diagnostic ranging from $100-$300 which I agreed to under the impression that they would diagnose issue and read codes from memory. Next day I was presented with a bill of almost $200 and told no codes were found and they were not able diagnose problem and to come back when codes return. The team at Sil's is awesome. Very professional and honest communication. They offer free shuttle and even replacement car. The technician is well qualified. I had an issue with my Mazda6 and the team fixed the issue with professional quality. Their pricing is not the cheapest but if you prefer hassle free professional experience with auto service, Sil's is the place to go. I very much recommend them. Susan and Tommy at front desk are very good at following up and providing an update. They also send you a report of the problem with pictures

Thanks for the review update. As we chatted. We performed the proper diagnostic and testing for your vehicle. However we failed in proper documentation of your issue and ensuring that was communicated to our technicians. This lead to a customer experience let down. I audit any issues personally myself. And where I feel we could have done better requires us to step up and prove we’re better ! Sales and selling is easy with all businesses BUT standing behind your level of service after the sale is where it really matters. I hope we can service you in the future. Amazing experience. It is a very professionally run organisation, very transparent and have customer centric approach. The process starts from the time car is taken, which is followed by a diagnostic report that has the name and photo of the Service Advisor and Mechanic. The diagnostic report is split into various components based on the criticality of the service / maintenance. Every aspect is communicated and discussed including the cost so there are no surprises. The cost is reasonable and their work is guaranteed. Highly recommend SILs.

Would like to say thank you to Susan and all the staff for the work they did on our smart car. They went out of their way to help us even gave us a courtesy car to use while our car was in. Another service in the books for the Bronco. As usual a pleasant experience dealing with Susan and Tommy. Kudos to Erwin who performed the service. We started using Sil's about 3 years ago when we were fed up with the dealership and their upsell tactics. Haven't looked back since.
