Best shop ever! Sil was my mechanic back in the day when he first opened in Clarkson, and now that I'm back in the area - I wouldn't think of going anywhere else to service my vehicles.

What a great service you provide at Sils Auto. Not only is Lorraine friendly and considerate of the customers complications and needs, but the detail provided is educational and informative – so that I know that the work being done on my vehicle is what is needed to keep it safe and functional on the road, and not more than is necessary. Future considerations and things that are not yet problem but that will likely need to be coming up are clearly outlined so that there’ not a shock to the system at the next service call. The follow up call to see that everything is going to my satisfaction is not only welcome but reassuring. Makes me feel far more comfortable that me and my fellow travelers are really being thought of.Carlo and team do a great job I will continue to recommend them to friends, family and those I hear are not having the best experience with their auto mechanic.

Fantastic service - I drive from hamilton to use them, and I am always welcomed by the lovely Lorraine and the team. I like that I can leave my car and spend the day in Toronto, and be updated by phone on whats going on. My car is always ready and I feel like the recommendations I receive are honest and trustworthy. I continue to use them because I believe that I am rewarded for my loyalty and and that I am not being ripped off. I recommend to everyone.

Sil's goes above and beyond, with great customer service and excellent incentives. They take the time to explain what's going on with your car and don't try to push the little things.
