Susan has been amazing! I've had such a positive experience. We dropped off the car and even got a shuttle ride back to pick up the vehicle. She has been in touch with me ever since to see if the engine light has come back on. Even though, she is at the front desk, you can tell she has the experience and knowledge of what was wrong with the car. They even saved me $350 because they did a proper diagnostics unlike the other mechanic shops I've taken it to. They really go above and beyond and strive for the best interest of the customer. I've had a great experience and they're absolutely helpful. I will keep recommending them to my family and friends!
