I phoned as a first time customer with a concern about some noises my 2011 Subaru Forester suddenly started making. Carlo fit me in right away and knew immediately there was an issue with power steering system. I was sent photos and reports by text and email to help me understand the situation before Carlo and I talked again. The customer service and time taken to educate the client is incredible. The service was great, and some creative problem solving got my car back on the road quicker than estimated, and he saved me some money too. My car is running like a dream. I can’t say enough good things about my experience with Sil’s. I highly recommend Carlo and his team, and I will definitely be coming back! (I also love that they are such strong supporters of The Compass Food bank. They care about the community!)

Thanks for the stars. I was trying to locate your name in our customer system But was unable to find it. Hmmm? If you have a chance email us so we can update the file. I always like to make notes on customers files where we can improve ourselves. As in this case. Next time trying to achieve that extra star. It's good to always be striving for improvement!

I had a turn signal out on my 2009 Mazda 6. The dealer told me they would first have to do an electronics diagnostic for $140. I guess changing the bulb first to see if that would get the job done is no longer a dealer option. I said no thanks and called Sil's. They took me in the next morning and fixed the problem for $30. While I was there they suggested a couple other important things could be be handled. It's a great car but it's an old one. I told them to go ahead. At the end of the day I was very satisfied with Susan who explained everything to me, the mechanical service I received and the value I feld I got for my money.

I came to Sil’s Auto to have some issues diagnosed on my Elantra. I went to several mechanics before and they brushed off the problems. Carlo and his team did a thorough check of the vehicle and pinpointed the problem. I was very impressed with their attention to detail. The customer service here is outstanding as well. Highly recommend this place to anyone!

A very thorough inspection of the car by the mechanic, and a detailed description is sent to you by email or text message showing the issues with your vehicle with photos and videos so you can see exactly what the problems are that the mechanic has discovered. This gives me an assurance that the mechanic is not making stuff up with false repairs and hitting you with a high bill. The service is professional and the mechanics have good knowledge about vehicles.

My husband and I have been using the services of Sil's Auto for many years and we have always been completly satisfied with the results. There are no unwelcome surprises. Susan explains all of the work to be done in detail, even after I have received printed information on the work to be done. The staff is courreous and comfortable to be with. The shuttle service with Tim is a plus.
