They will lie to you to make you spend more money. They said it was unsafe to leave the lot with a problem I had with my car. I took my car somewhere else and they said there was NO problem with my car. They even lie on little things. For example, they recommended new wiper blades and I had just gotten new wiper blades the WEEK BEFORE! They cannot be trusted. RUN.
I am very surprised at this review. This vehicle visit we discuss here was in 2017. We have only taken care of tire storage and installs till May 2019. When you were in picking up your tires in May 2019 I personally talked with your and reviewed the entire report and all matters in person. We professionally in person addressed the matters and here we are 2 years later getting a one star review. I don’t get it ? I know there were other family members who felt our report was misleading. However our digital report was reviewed and all issues from our discussion were immediately dealt with our staff and processes were updated ASAP. I believe in the power and google and free speech. How ever this is like a business trying hard to move forward and negative comments 2 years later is unprofessional and not acceptable. I will still call and follow up next week with a call again. Last time I received a-text message it was not you, it was another family members opinion being sent with your name. Reading the majority of our other reviews reflects our current business and what happens 2 years ago is the past. We have improved staff, systems and process. Personally, I’m not here to say I’m perfect and the best shop. We work hard here and try our best. We take many steps to ensure customer are happy after a visit and if they’re not they go elsewhere as that is your choice. Or they tell me and we communicate and fix our issues. So I lm sorry we lost your business but I say again. I stand behind my staff, our people and our systems. We say it as it is, present your complete vehicles Issues based on what we see.
