Additionally, during business hours, when you phone in a live person answers; and no matter who answers, they are always polite, very business like, knowledgeable and answer all questions without rushing. When you attend at their business location the same occurs again with their service advisors discussing the owner's options and ensuring that all areas of the vehicle will be inspected before the vehicle is serviced and returned to you with a written diagnostic report provided for future reference. Lastly, they have a shuttle service when you leave your car and their service rates and parts costs are in line with all other providers in the industry.
