The customer service was absolutely top notch at Sil’s. Susan was a delight to deal with, she was personable and made even the stressful experience of dealing with car issues, a pleasant one. All repairs were completed in a timely fashion and with a great deal of care. I initially brought my car to Sil’s because it was close to where my car broke down. I live over an hour away, but I will definitely be returning for any future repairs. Based on my overall positive experience, I would highly recommend Sil’s to anyone in need of a quality shop. Had my car serviced at Sil's again. This time for rough idle and stalling. They were able to diagnose the problem quickly and do the repairs with a high level of professionalism and speed. I've been with Sil's for 7 years and they've always provided great service and advice! Pricing is better than dealerships and the personal, friendly customer service can't be beat. Highly recommend :)
